Warm greetings from AWS Premium Support. I understand that you are not able to see the Standard or G.025X worker type in job parameters in Glue Studio.
I would like to inform you that currently this option is not available in Glue Studio but you can change the job parameters to "Standard" worker type either programmatically or via Glue jobs(legacy) page. For programmatically, you need to configure the AWS CLI first in your local [1] or you can use AWS cloud-shell [2] and, then you can use the Glue command mentioned in this documentation [3].
Further, for G.025X worker type, this worker type is only available for AWS Glue version 3.0 streaming jobs.
For more information regarding the Glue workers, please check the thread "WorkerType" in this documentation [4].
Have a nice day!
