  • Hi there,

    Thank you for your response.

To rule out the possibility of the issue being related to your user permissions, could you test by temporarily adding the "AWSLambda_FullAccess" permissions policy to your user (Stammbenutzer).

This will give you admin permissions to interact with the AWS Lambda service in any way you like. If this resolves the issue, we will know that the issue is due to a lack of permissions, which you can go back an make then more granular if you do not wish to to have admin rights.

Note: The "AWSLambda_FullAccess" is an AWS managed policy which you do not need to create, rather you can simply attach it to your user from the IAM console, as shown after step 7 on this document [1].

    I hope this helps!

    Ahmad

Hi there,

I understand that you are trying to create a Lambda function, however upon clicking the "Create Function" button, you are not able to proceed to the next step.

This could be due to multiple factors such as temporary networking issues, browser issues etc.

There are a few steps you can take to help in pinpointing the root cause of this issue.

 1. Clear the cache on your browser, and try again.

 2. Test on another browser (Chrome & Firefox are recommended).

 3. Test on incognito mode.

 4. Ensure that you (the user), has sufficient IAM permissions to create Lambda functions in the region.

Kind regards,

Ahmad
