Failure when adding apache-airflow-providers-opsgenie==3.1.0 in production

Question

When deploying our new requirements.txt file with "apache-airflow-providers-opsgenie==3.1.0" we see that on our Airflow Acceptance environment, this requirement is added. But in production we see that this is giving some problems, somehow in production this package is not being added to MWAA. 
Could you help us?

Couple things to check here:
* is your production environment the same Airflow version as your acceptance environment?
* have you updated your production environment to use the appropriate requirements.txt S3 object version?
* have you [checked the environment's scheduler log group for issues with the dependency installation](https://docs.aws.amazon.com/mwaa/latest/userguide/working-dags-dependencies.html#working-dags-dependencies-logs)?
