Hi, i have an issue with my workmail account, when someone try to send me an email with an attached file (more than 100kb) he receive back an email "This message could not be delivered." I think there's a incoming quota that i would like to change... how can i do that?

Workmail has a limit of 100kb

In order to change this, follow the steps provided:

1-Enter your email address and password to access the Amazon WorkMail web application.

2-To open the Settings menu, select the gear symbol in the top-right corner of the dashboard.

3-In the Settings menu, select the Organisation Settings link.

4-Click the Mail flow tab on the Organisation settings page.

5-Increase the message size limit to the appropriate value under the Maximum message size (including attachments) section. It is important to note that the maximum message size restriction that can be set is 25 MB.

6-To save your changes, go to the bottom of the page and click the Save changes button.

This should be able to solve your problem. However, if the problem still persists i would recommend contacting the support team Have a good day

Hi,

Can you share the full error message? Was the whole message more than 25 MB? If the message was around 100kb then that will not be the reason for WorkMail to reject the message.

Kind regards, Robin
