Hi,
I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing problems with sending mail from WorkMail. I noticed there was a problem with your AWS account which caused a full lock on you AWS resources. This account issue was resolved and mailing from WorkMail should work again.
Are you still experiencing problems with sending mail?
