Badges not received by credly

I have completed the courses on aws educate and have claimed the badges and i have also received mails that the badges will be sent in 24 hours buts today it is over a week now and i have contacted to aws educate support and credly support but there is no response from both sides. I want my badges as soon as possible so that i can submit my assignments and also mainly go ahead and learn more of my course. Is there any alternative way or something how i can re-request for my badges if they can somehow resend or something hope so yall understand what i am trying to convey

And i have seen all the FAQs and assured that all the common mistakes are avoided like Same Mail for booth aws and credly Wait some about some 1-2 working days (over a week now) and more

  • have seen all the sections in mail and none of them has the mail saying accept your badge tried directly logging into the credly and still havent found my missing badges tried using diffrent sytem and browser already sent 2 mails to credly support but no response (waited about 3-4 working days )

  • Why are you complaining about this? You can download your certificate from AWS directly.
