Hi,
As per the documentation can you please confirm if AdministratorAccess was provided to the IAM roles used for deploying the resources?
The Kendra Index failed to create with AccessDenied Exception. Please give necessary permission and try to deploy it again. If the issue persists please raise a ticket to Kendra team with necessary details to troubleshoot further.
