aurora serverless restarts in every ~ 4 hours

Hello all, We have one serverless v1 in production and the last few days I see in logs that it restarts in about every 4 hours.
I see in the log that it started up.

Hi, can you please check a.) if any script is connecting to db or b.) any user is connecting to db using a sql client. c.) Pause after inactivity property is checked.
Other than above there should be no reason for db to start every 4 hours.
