Remove SES submission queue

Hello, Our Mautic application was hacked and about 56,000 email addresses were entered. We need the SES send queue removed so that emails are no longer sent. Is it urgent. We can't find a way to do this in the AWS documentation. Please we need help. How can I stop sending these emails urgently? We do not use the Amazon SQS service. Mautic uses a verified email domain for submissions.
