Is Nimble Studio still functioning?

I've just started setting up a Nimble studio account. But the support documents say:

Nimble Studio workstations are no longer onboarding new customers. Existing customer workstations won't be available after June 19th, 2024.

Does this mean Nimble Studio is dead after June?
