Problems with sending emails from workmail account

Good morning,

Im currently not able to send emails from my workmail account. I keep receiving this error "You have exceeded the sending limit for this account" I have emailed customer service about my account situation and my case has been reviewed. I was advised to post this problem im experiencing to technical support on this forum. Please i need your assistance. Thank you

Hi,

I'm sorry to inform you but people here will not be able to help you with this problem. The error means you've been limited or completely blocked from sending mail using WorkMail. If you had your case reviewed and the limit was not removed it might mean that WorkMail is not the solution for you. In that case I would recommend to use SES to send mail so you have fine controls on handling bounces and complaints.
