Stuck figuring Cognito Pricing for...

Here (https://aws.amazon.com/cognito/pricing/) it states "Separate pricing applies for sending email messages for user registration, password recovery, and email address verification." There is a link provided to go to SES for pricing. Upon that, a calculator is provided to enter information for an email to calculate pricing. There is where I got lost.

Since the email verify, pwd recover and user reg emails are generated by AWS/Cognito, how do I figure what those emails will cost me to use Cognito for these 3 additional features?
