Decoupling Database from Beanstalk fails with "Missing value for required parameter: AWSEBDBPassword"

When trying to decouple the database from Elastic Beanstalk, I get the error "Missing value for required parameter: AWSEBDBPassword" without any additional information.

Nowhere in the documentation was I able to find any hint about that config.

Can someone help and point me in the right direction to fix this?
