Using serverless, sls remove won't work with a very specific case

The point is, I'm looking for hints, ideas, where this problem may be in AWS side. I feel like there's a zombie feature somewhere in AWS ecosystem that simply does not play ball with the specific word private-eye-converter.

Our company does not have AWS paid support. I do believe it could be of AWS interest but I failed to find a channel to reach them. Would you know how?
