Creating a Rabbit Broker via CLI (alternatives to web console?)

I've seen that the terraform provider is improving but along with the AWS CLI doesn't allow us to specify some of configuration available via. the web console, e.g. VPC.
Is this something coming up or a known gap that will be maintained?

Hi - the AWS console for Amazon MQ, as well as CLI and Terraform all rely on the same underlying service API. The VPC selection in the web-console is there as a guide to select a subnet that's used in the create broker API call.
