Access RDS via GUI with Linux Machines.

Hi All,

Currently, I have a RDS instance that is sitting inside a private subnet and they are connected to EC2 [Linux Instances] that are in a public subnet.

Is there any way for the developers to access the RDS using mysql workbench? Accessing the RDS via CLI is a challenge,

If these subnets are in the same VPC then you should have network connectivity between them. Just make sure your RDS instance's security group allows connections from that EC2 on the mysql port, and NACLs also allow requests and responses, and you should be able to connect.
