Lightsail: can't upgrade to large container

0

We've deployed 2 containers into a medium lightsail container. Front end and Python containers. The Python container is failing to deploy now because it appears to be too big. When I try to upgrade to a large container, I get an error: "Sorry, you've either reached or will exceed your maximum limit of Lightsail container services." Any ideas?

The error: "Sorry, you've either reached or will exceed your maximum limit of Lightsail container services" error occurs as AWS implements limits on resources for each account to help protect the overall infrastructure of AWS. Refer[1]

This error could also occure due to the limitation on the new established account; the service quota page[1] also mentioned the "New AWS accounts might start with quotas that are lower than those described". You can create the amount of the LightSail Container services as been described on the service quota page [1].

To resolve this, kindly place a limit increase request from your Support Dashboard in your AWS account and the team will process the new limit for your account.

Hi team, thanks for your answers. I have opened a ticket and the service team has confirmed my need for a container service limit increase, I expect the issue to be resolved this week.
