AWS doesn't block IP for console access, if AWS finds any anomaly then AWS would notify you and suggests steps to mitigate the issue. I'd suggest you to restart your wifi router and it'd help you.
Other thing, that I'd suggest you to check the policy attached to your role/user, if there is any condition for "aws:SourceIp", if there is one put intentionally/accidentally, you can consider removing that as well.
