Changing retired company name

When we began using AWS, we did so under the Company name GlobalhealthUSA, Like many startup companies we had a problem financing the company and needed to revamp our strategy and vision. Three years ago we changed strategy and began working with several partners, such as NVIDIA, Google, and AWS. The problem is we never changed the company name and our new direction on the AWS portal. Can I get help changing company names, the old company no longer exists. I began by closing out the old company on AWS and waiting for an email in response to the closure.

  1. How can I get this issue speeded up?
  2. What do I do if I just want to make things simple? Is it enough to just have a startup account, and test my system and idea out in the control tower?
