The Sender ID sent to the phone number of the Globe Telecom carrier (Philippines) suddenly changed after being configured and received normally for a long time.

Hello, We have configured to use the sender ID when sending SMS messages to the phone numbers of the Philippines Globe Telecom carrier and Smart Communication carrier and received the SMS message with the sender ID configured above. All of a sudden, the Sender ID sent to the phone number of the Globe Telecom carrier is changed to [Alert Sms]. We haven't changed any config at all.

Has anyone had the same problem and know the cause and solution?
