AWS Amplify SSL issue for a domain

Hello. We've got an issue with updating SSL certificate for hrh24.ru domain. In AWS Amplify on SSL creation step an error occurs with the text "There was a failure in generating the certificate. Please try again.". The guide says we need to create a ticket here.

How can we solve the issue?
