DevFile support for runAsUser

Question

We have some startup commands in our DevFile that are required to be run as the executing user (mde-user). I noticed that you [only support](https://docs.aws.amazon.com/codecatalyst/latest/userguide/devenvironment-devfile-commands.html)
* commandLine
* component
* id
* workingDir

We would also like to see [runAsUser](https://devfile.io/docs/2.0.0/adding-commands) supported as well. For now, we have a workaround which I'm posting here which may work for others
`commandLine: "sudo runuser -l mde-user -c 'my command"`

I did attempt to use the runAsUser attribute in my DevFile and saw a schema error violation in my devfile.log.
