For the second time, our SES email address has become unverified in a month and it's causing delivery failures. How do we keep this from occurring?

Few reasons that can cause SES to unverified your email address. Check these out Check the email address's deliverability status. You can do this by sending a test email to the address and checking the delivery status. If the email is not delivered, this could be an indication that the address is not verified. Check the email address's spam score. You can use a spam score checker to see how likely the address is to be marked as spam. If the spam score is high, this could be another reason why the address is not verified. Check the email address's bounce rate. You can use a bounce rate checker to see how many emails sent to the address have bounced. If the bounce rate is high, this could also be a reason why the address is not verified. Check the email address's SPF record. The SPF record is a way of telling email servers which servers are allowed to send emails from your domain. If the SPF record is not correct, this could be causing the address to be unverified. Check the email address's DKIM record. The DKIM record is a way of verifying the authenticity of emails sent from your domain. If the DKIM record is not correct, this could also be causing the address to be unverified.
