Cannot connect to Lightsail instances

I'm running 5 Lightsail instances. When I try to connect to any of them, the instance hangs after 30 seconds with a message "Connecting to your instance..." . Is there anything wrong with ca-central-1A? There's no way to troubleshoot if I can't make the connection to the instance.
