Will we allow transitioning between Glacier and Glacier Deep Archive?

Will we allow transitioning between Glacier and Glacier Deep Archive (DA), in the same way we allow S3 to Glacier transitions? Or is that if data is in Glacier it will need to move out oF Glacier and then move back in to Glacier DA? And will there Lifecycle Transition Requests?

According to https://aws.amazon.com/s3/storage-classes/#____ , we'll support lifecycle transition on Glacier Deep Archive (see the bottom of the "Performance across the S3 Storage Classes" array).
