SMS sender ID incorrect

I have set up my sender ID (for an approved listed country) but the receiver ID is still not correct. Whats the best way to trouble shoot this? I didn't skip any steps in setting it up. All the messages are delivering fine it's just the ID that is not correct. Appreciate your help.

yes thank you, I have checked this and my country is indeed approved on the list for sender ID's. Thats why I am a bit lost as to why its not coming through correctly.
