Hello - sorry to hear you are seeing problems to deploy models in Canvas. There is a particular permission setting in your SageMaker domain under Canvas setting about enabling direct deployment of Canvas models. Can you please check if that setting is enabled? This needs to be done on the management console. Please let us know if this solves the problem.
