Not able to connect to Open ports- Lightsail instance

I have ports 22, 80 and 443 open to any IPv6 or IPv4 addresses on my instance. For some reason, I am unable to access these ports from a different network. I have tested this using the nc -vz <public IP> <port> command and everytime for every open port it states "(tcp) failed: Operation timed out". Has anyone had any similar issues?

Since this is a timeout error, you need to make sure that Lightsail's firewall settings are correct.
For example, check if the firewall allows the IP address of the connection source.
Also check other things such as whether the port number is listening on the Lightsail instance.
Also check that the IP address is correct.
