Re-enable ports

-1

0 Trust and Safety has blocked outbound TCP ports 80, 8080, and 443. We identified the issue, switched to tunneling over VPN, and installed anti-malware protection. We reported these remediation actions back to the Trust & Safety team in order to have the outbound ports re-enabled.

However, we have not received any response. Our OpenVPN service requires these ports to activate the license key, and we are unable to proceed due to the ongoing block.

How can we get outbound TCP ports 80, 8080, and 443 re-enabled as soon as possible?

Seems it may highly chance that AWS Trust & Safety has blocked outbound TCP ports 80, 443, and 8080, and you haven't received a response to your remediation report, please contact AWS Trust & Safety to get these ports re-enabled as quickly as possible:

  1. Use AWS Support Center

  2. https://support.aws.amazon.com/#/contacts/report-abuse
