PSI exam didnot load

My secure browser session didnot launch i tried for more than one hour.i had sent you chat within 5-10 mins of my exam start that my secure browser is not launching.My system had passed all the system checks and my connectivity was also good. Its been more than one hour of me trying to launch the exam but i dont know it dint launch the secure browser. I sent mail to psi exam support attaching a video that i prepared when i was trying to launch the secure browser but nothing was happening after several attempts. This exam was very important for me and i studied so hard and now i am just helpless as I didnot get even an attempt to take the test after paying so much and following every instruction that was provided before exam.
