Can't find the image: BluAge-L3-Workshop-Image

Question

Hello,

I'm currently going through the AWS Blu Age L3 self-paced troubleshooting workshop to get L3 certified, and I'm running into an issue. I'm now at the refactorings part, in the environment setup, and I'm told I need to use the image **BluAge-L3-Workshop-Image** in AppStream, but I can't find that image anywhere.

My region is **us-west-2**. However, I found in this part of the workshop they say I need to complete the AppStream part on **eu-central-1** specifically
https://catalog.us-east-1.prod.workshops.aws/workshops/bf71c0bc-6d8a-4d04-9c10-ab479f7f0e37/en-US/environment/develop/create/image

I've tried that as well, but on eu-central-1 it looks like I just don't have access to any image, I get this error in the image search

User: {personal info here} is not authorized to perform: appstream:DescribeImages on resource: arn:aws:appstream:eu-central-1:975049908453:image/* with an explicit deny in a service control policy
```

Have you sent the Activation email before starting the workshop?
