Hello.
You need to create a hosted zone with the correct NS records.
You can check the domain's NS record by using the "whois" command, etc., so check the NS record and change the Route53 NS record.
whois domain.com

Hello Riku, I've figured out that inside Lightsail "Domains and DNS", go to the target Domain and select "Manage", there is an option to change the DNS severs. As you mentioned, I've updated the DNS servers according to the whois result. It seems propagating now, at least 8.8.8.8 could resolve them. Thank you for your help.
