What is Aura Serverless V1's Consistency Level?

We've are using Aurora Serverless V1, using PostgreSQL 11, and are running into some issues that might be caused by eventually consistent reads, but I'm having a hard time finding documentation for Aurora Serverless V1 specifically

By default, are queries against an Aurora Serverless v1 cluster eventually or strongly consistent? And is there a way to force a specific consistency level for a given query, or perhaps cluster?

If you are using Aurora Serverless v1, just one single DB instance is running in the backend, so you should always have read-after-write consistency. In Aurora Serverless v2, you can have additional instances that are readers, and you only have strong read-after-write consistency in the writer, and the readers have eventual consistency.

Can you explain a little more why do you think you're having eventually consistent reads? It's challenging to provide a good answer without enough context.
