Thanks for the comment, @Zubair! However, the devices you mentioned are IoT gateways and come up with massive complexity such as Operating system and other things to manage.
I am looking for a "low-cost" device, which let me connect to AWS cloud using "connectivity using Cellular/Ethernet/Wifi"; not require any maintenance efforts (I mean if the device is failed, you can replace it because it is a low cost); also some "in-built/ready-to-use" sensors such as location.
Do you have any suggestions?
