Disk Size was updated in the ec2 instance

My instance type is p3.2xlarge. yesterday I modified my volume size from 365 GB to 465GB. But it was not updated in my instance.
when I ran df -h, still the disk size was not updated.
why my new volume was not updated? I need to fix this issue badly.

Hi, you need to extend volume in Linux depending upon your filesystem type ext4 or xfs you can follow this document. https://docs.aws.amazon.com/AWSEC2/latest/UserGuide/recognize-expanded-volume-linux.html
