Does an S3 bucket have to be provided for a Braket DWave run?

0

In the braket examples for DWave machines there is the use of an S3 bucket to store results. I find this useful when running in non-blocking mode but in the case where I am willing to wait for the results this pushing of the results to an S3 bucket as well seems like a waste that I need to clean-up later. Can the storage of results to S3 be turned off?

S3 is fundamental to the operation of the Braket service; there really isn't any notion of running a task without a bucket (unless you're using the local simulator), since all results will ultimately have to be retrieved from S3.
