Have you checked Fleet manager under AWS SSM? It lists the instances which have SSM setup on them with version, status etc details. You can download the report and possibly there should be an API as well to pull the data. Please check if that serves your purpose.

    Thanks for the suggestions. I need to collect the data across multiple aws accounts in the organization. Is there is any API available.
