I have given each folder and item public permissions and the items are still unavailable.
I've made all the items within a bucket public along with the bucket itself. I can share the individual items within the bucket easily. However, I can to share the bucket, or a list of files within the bucket with ONE URL. I've gone down several rabbit holes to figure this out and it still won't work.

Can you please provide more details as to when you are facing this issue? What are you trying to do? Which service exactly are you using?
