There are a bunch of certification exams at different levels. It's best to start with the Cloud Practitioner one. The exam guide etc are here - https://aws.amazon.com/certification/certified-cloud-practitioner/.
It's an easy exam that doesn't take much preparation. Mostly you need to understand the broad scope and intent of the most important services, e.g. there may be a question asking you to select which services in the list are Compute services.
