之前一直使用一台spot instance，今天用的时候发现价格低于市场价，因此机器未能正常启动。是否可以直接修改当前实例的竞价，因为系统盘里还有数据。

通常出价过低没启动机器就只能重新提spot申请了，spot实例被回收时不能通过修改报价来保留，应该利用提前2分钟的通知做一些优雅退出的动作，比如保存数据至s3（或者EFS）。
