How to make sure unified Quicksight visualization output format?

Hi experts,

Wondering if anyone encounter the same problem and I would love to get some suggestions, thank you in advance.

For example, the font sizes are different between my published dashboard and exported email report. Also, I've found out that if I download my published dashboard into pdf file, the format of font size and visuals also look different on the pdf file. Is there any way that I can fix the output format to make sure that everything looks the same as what I see on the dashboard? Very appreciated!
