How can I set myself as administrator?

Hello,

I am a newbie of AWS. I registered myself on the site and got access to my console. I wanted to use IAM to connect IOT to a PLC which seemed easy on youtube... but when I try to do anything it says that I do not have the rights to do anything because i am not administrator or root something and if I try to set that it says that I am not allowed to do it.

How can I set myself as admin if AWS says 'you need to ask the administrator...'.
