Traffic limit for lightsail

Question

I have two questions about traffic limit of lightsail instances.

1- Imagine having an AWS Lightsail instance based in Frankfurt with a 2TB traffic cap. If this cap is exceeded, extra charges will be incurred. Now, if the traffic indeed hits the 2TB mark and I decide to delete the instance and set up a new one in the same location, would I still face charges for traffic usage?

2- What would be my total traffic limit if I have three instances in the same location (i.e. Frankfurt)?
