AWS one-time technical support (for SES)?

I have a DKIM/SPF alignment problems with AWS SES (despite having set a custom FROM).

For some reason it does not work (for me) as documented. And I running out of ideas how to debug this.

I am not eager to setup a full monthly support contract to just get this working. Is there a way to pay for a single technical ticket instead?

Hi,

I don't know about such one-time support contracts.

But, rather, did you try to post the tech details of your issue on re:Post to see if members of the community might be able to help you ? It doesn't seem so from your question history.

Some folks of our support organization also contribute to this site. So, you may obtain their support (or not) this way.
