New user sign up using AWS Builder ID

New user sign up using AWS Builder ID is currently unavailable on re:Post. To sign up, please use the AWS Management Console instead.

How can there be costs in the Billing view, but nothing in the Cost Explorer view

I see some costs in the Billing view Enter image description here

However, when I try to access it in the Cost Explorer view, I do not see any Enter image description here

How could I change that. I should add that we are in the AWS Activate program for Startups.

Are you looking for April charges? The data selection in the top right ends on 3/31/2024.

Also, on the right slide down and adjust "Charge Type" to Exclude Credits.
