AWS Skill maintenance

2

Hi, I logged in to use AWS skill builder for training. But I saw its under maintenance. How long will it take to AWS Skill builder page to come live again.

Your immediate assistance will be highly appreciated.

Regards, Rohit

  • @Rohit - how long did the maintenance take to complete? it seems to be under a prolonged maintenance period now.

Due to the longest downtime in history, I would like to cancel my Skillbuilder subscription. Can someone please tell me how to do this since you can't log into the Skillbuilder account?

I am new to Skillsbuilder and was trying to sign-up today to take a course. The website is available, but I get 'Something went wrong' whilst trying to sign-up. I suspect this is related to the long outage that people have reported this week. Is anyone else experiencing problems either signing in to an existing Skillsbuilder account or else creating a new account?

It looks like we won't see it until the maintenance is done.
Also, there does not seem to be an announced time for the maintenance to end, so it looks like we will have to wait until it is over.

  • Yeah..Thanks...generally such maintenance doesn't take much time. Few hours/ a day at worst. But no pre-announcement maintenance is quite surprising from AWS. Hopefully it gets over soon

not much to say unless to just wait until maintenance is done :)

  • Hi, Yet the Skill builder site is not up. Need urgent help from someone here. Anybody knows how much more time will it take. Need to prepare for my exam asap. Any body knows how to contact support for this matter?. I checked the basic support but such kind of issues are not listed there. Is there any other way to contact. Regards
