Amazon MQ stuck at "Reboot in progress"

We have our production Amazon MQ instance stuck at "Reboot in progress" for a couple of hours.

We had a memory issue with the instance hence we decided to reboot the instance and it is now stuck. Any ideas to get that moving?

Open a ticket with AWS support, they will be able to check the issue.
