Need help with contacting AWS Training and Certification. I am trying to change my AWS training and certification name to get it in line with my Government IDs.

I have filled all the required details on the form but when I try to submit the form, it simply says "Something went wrong".

Please help me with a resolution as my exam is scheduled to be within two days

Please submit a ticket to the AWS Training & Certification customer support team, and they will provide assistance. If you already submitted a case, please allow at least 48 hrs to get a response.

sorry for the inconvenience. Go to this page https://aws.amazon.com/developer/community/community-builders/ and in the left bottom there is a chat option, click on this and select Chat with AWS representative, Then select Training and Certification. you are good to go. Thanks

    1. I tried clearing the cache, history and all other data but the problem still persists.
    2. technical support is unavailable for basic support plans, and to register a Case I would have to upgrade a support plan so this solution also dosent seem to work
    3. On the contact us page of AWS training and certification, there are two options : AWS support and Pearson VUE support, since this is an AWS issue I chose AWS support, this lands me back to the same (https://support.aws.amazon.com/#/contacts/aws-training) support ticket page which has been giving me a problem with the submission of the same.
