Amazon SES complaint emails

We have started getting a lot of SES complaint emails. When we send out order confirmation emails we cc in our email so the customer service team know about the orders placed. In this case the receiver at our end will be the same as the sending email address. We didn't have any issues with this before but recently all email copies we receive are getting marked as complaints. Could anyone please help with this.

Please open a case with AWS Support and request to receive SES logs. The logs may include information about claims.
