I need to talk to somebody at AWS my free tier expires and will not auto renew who do I talk to?

When signing up for a new AWS account, the free tier for many services only lasts 12 months. There are some that last indefinitely that you always get for free.

Unfortunately, there is no way to "refresh" the free tier for the services with the 12-month limitation. The only way to get that is to sign up for a completely new AWS account and linking it to a new email address.
